Columbia Notarial Services LLC, is a proud disabled-owned small business. Our founder, Andrew J.F. Deskins, was diagnosed with juvenile-onset Parkinsonism in his 20s, and his experience of disability has made him especially passionate about providing convenient, accessible services to clients of all ability levels. When he isn't notarizing documents, Andrew stays grounded by playing tennis with his USTA team, tending to his vegetable garden, and hanging out with his wife and pets.
