My name is Andrew J.F. Deskins and I am a Notary Public and Loan Signing Agent commissioned, with electronic and remote notary endorsements, in the State of Washington. You can verify my credentials by searching my License #23021087 with the Washington DOL. 

I've been a notary for a year and am always looking to learn more both in the field and with notary training and certification. I have completed several National Notary Association courses: Notary Quick Start, Notary Essentials, How to Perform Remote and Electronic Notarizations, and their Notary Signing Agent certification course. Outside of the NNA I have completed BlueNotary's BlueMastermind RON and Loan Signing Course, and Notary Coach's Cannabis Friendly Notary Certification.  

I provide mobile notary and field inspection services to the Tri-Cities and surrounding areas, as well as online notary and e-recording services nationwide.
